Where is the office located?
All sessions are done remotely. As long as you’re in New York State, we can connect from any private, comfortable space of your choosing.
What are your office hours?

Wednesdays, 11 am to 6 pm
Saturdays, 11 am to 5 pm

Evening hours available as needed.

How long is a typical session?

A typical therapy session lasts 50 minutes.

Psychiatric evaluations are also 50 minutes long.

Follow-up sessions last 20-30 minutes.

Can I do therapy and medication management?
Yes. You can do them in separate sessions, or we can do short-session therapy in conjunction with psychiatric follow-ups.
How do I pay?
I accept Zelle or credit/debit cards.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, I currently accept UnitedHealthcare (UHC) and Aetna.
Can I cancel my appointment?

Yes, you can cancel without incurring a fee if you provide me with at least 24 hours’ notice.

What is the free phone consultation?
To get started, give me a call for a free 15-minute phone consultation. We’ll talk about why you’re considering therapy and see if we’re a good fit to work with each other.
With whom do you work?
I work with individual adults (21 and up) with hidden emotional challenges who want faith-aligned mental health support to balance their personal growth with their spiritual journey.
Do you work with people from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, and religions?
Yes, I work with different backgrounds, including those with different belief systems who seek to deepen their understanding of God.
Is your work confidential?
Unless there is a safety risk, yes, what we discuss is held in strict confidence.
What do you like about being a provider?

I love helping others lift burdens they’ve been struggling with for far too long.

Do you prescribe medication?

Yes.

Do you go to church?

Yes. I even serve on the photography team!

What’s your religion?

I’m a non-denominational Christian.

Cats or Dogs?
Both are cute; especially newborns.
What do you do outside of therapy?
I love photography. Maternity, newborn, or holidays. It’s a great way to let my creative side out.
